Популярные блоггеры и спорт
Существует такой стереотип, что все люди, чья работа связана с интернетом, компьютерами, электронной коммерцией и прочей «ерундой» вобщем-то на одно лицо: прыщавые, сутулые, хилого телосложения и для полной картины в очках, больше похожих на телескоп. Думаю, каждый из вас, как и я, сталкивался в своей жизни с этим стереотипом и, дабы развеять его, я решил опросить самых популярных блоггеров, на тему их отношения к спорту, здоровому образу жизни и вредным привычкам.
В опросе приняли участи более двух десятков популярных блоггеров, ответы самых известных из них, таких как Димок, Маулнет, Globator, Коперник, SEOinSoul и др., буду опубликованы ниже.
Занимаетесь ли вы каким-то спортом регулярно?
Как мы видим, большинство всё-таки либо занимаются спортом, либо занимались им раньше. Кстати, был приятно удивлён видом спорта, который преобладал в ответах

Есть ли у вас какие-либо вредные привычки?
Был расстроен тем, что всё-таки многие курят. Хотя в чём-то и прельщен - не я один хоть своё здоровье порчу (апдейты Яндекса, нервное зрелище знаете ли 
).
Бегаете ли вы по утрам, делаете зарядку?
Ну это и понятно. Заставить делать зарядку с утра гораздо сложнее, чем, к примеру, пойти поиграть в баскетбол, когда тебе этого хочется.
Итак, долгожданные ответы популярных блогееров:
1) Занимаешься ли ты каким-то спортом регулярно, как долго? Если нет, то почему? И хотел ли бы чем-то заняться?
- Не занимаюсь. Раньше: баскетбол и качалка были. Не занимаюсь, потому что сам себе придумал отмазку, что нет на это времени. Каждый год покупаю золотую карту в фитнесс клуб, но хожу крайне редко.
2) Куришь?
- Не курю и никогда не курил.
3) Вопрос, наверно, глупый, но тем не менее – выпиваешь? Как часто?
- Только по праздникам, ито не всегда, потому что чаще всего на машине (с женой и дочкой). Раз в неделю-две пиво пью в хорошей компании. Например, 10-го будем футбол смотреть - пивка попьем.
4) Делаешь ли зарядку по утрам? Может быть, бегаешь?
- Нет.
Вообще я очень спортивный человек. Сколько себя помню всегда ходил в какие-либо спортивные секции. Началось все с футбола со второго класса, полюбил очень сильно и похоже что навсегда

- Раньше как уже написал занимался футболом в секции, а сейчас играю для себя, а именно играю раз в неделю в городской мини-футбольной лиге уже на протяжении нескольких лет.
В детстве уже после футбола я занялся боксом Посещал секцию в течении двух лет, и с недавних пор проснулось желание заняться им снова. И сейчас два раза в неделю хожу на тайский бокс
Еще где-то год ходил в плавание
2) Куришь?
- Неа
3) Вопрос, наверно, глупый, но тем не менее – выпиваешь? Как часто?
- Ага выпиваю - куда без этого. В основном выпиваю по праздникам так сказать, но и бывает когда просто встречаюсь с друзьями. Сейчас к сожалению удается не так часто видится, поэтому и выпивать без повода часто тоже соответственно не получается
4) Делаешь ли зарядку по утрам? Может быть, бегаешь?
- Неее зарядку не делаю, пытался когда то, но это просто ужас для меня. Да бегаю, но не по утрам, секция тайского бокса находится не так уж далеко от моего дома, километрах в двух-трех и каждый раз я на нее именно бегаю до тренировки и после - тренирую дыхалку! т.к. и в боксе и в футболе это одна из самых главных составляющих.
1) Занимаешься ли ты каким-то спортом регулярно, как долго? Если нет, то почему? И хотел ли бы чем-то заняться?
- В последнее время я возобновил славную традицию - регулярно ходить на тренировки. Занимаюсь бодибилдингом 2-3 раза в неделю. Стараюсь придерживаться проверенной временем схемы. Вторник - грудь, плечи, трицепс. Четверг - спина, бицепс, пресс. Суббота - ноги, пресс. Акцент делаю на свободные веса - штанги и гантели, на тренажерах почти не занимаюсь - для увеличения мышечной массы они не особо полезны.
Спорт я очень люблю. Раньше год занимался рукопашным боем, полтора года боксом и семь лет бодибилдингом. Я работаю за компьютером по 10-15 часов в сутки, поэтому считаю, что регулярно заниматься спортом не только полезно, но и необходимо.
2) Куришь?
- Никогда не курил, считаю курение пустой тратой своего здоровья за свои же деньги. Лучше купить фруктов
3) Вопрос, наверно, глупый, но тем не менее – выпиваешь? Как часто?
- Могу пропустить немного мартини или коньяка по праздникам.
4) Делаешь ли зарядку по утрам? Может быть, бегаешь?
- Вот зарядка утром - это не мое. Бег - тоже. Хотя иногда на короткие дистанции с удовольствием могу пробежаться. Встряска утром для организма не нужна.

- Регулярно занимаюсь только настольным теннисом с тренером.

- Курю сигары и кальян. Ненавижу сигареты.

- Выпиваю редко. Белое вино. В ванне или ресторане. Ненавижу пиво.
4) Делаешь ли зарядку по утрам? Может быть, бегаешь?
- Зарядку не делаю. Стараюсь каждый день крутить полчаса педали на домашнем велосипеде.

- Занимаюсь плаванием.
2) Куришь?
- Не курю.

- Не выпиваю.

- Зарядку не делаю. Не бегаю.

- Занимаюсь железками 1,5 года, в домашних условиях. В зал пошел месяц назад.
2) Куришь?
- Да. Бросал на 2 месяца, но потом снова начал курить.

- Выпиваю. По бутылочке в день.
4) Делаешь ли зарядку по утрам? Может быть, бегаешь?
- Скорее всего не с утра, а ближе к обеду, когда окончательно проснусь. Бегал каждый день этим летом. Сейчас - нет.
1) Занимаешься ли ты каким-то спортом регулярно, как долго? Если нет, то почему? И хотел ли бы чем-то заняться?
- Занимаюсь. Регулярно играю в футбол с товарищами. 1-2 раза в неделю бегаем по 2-3 часа. Зимой пойду в бассейн.
2) Куришь?
- Да, курю. Пробовал бросить - не получается пока что Но бросить хочу. Однако это желание пока не доминирует над желанием покурить.
3) Вопрос, наверно, глупый, но тем не менее – выпиваешь? Как часто?
- Вопрос неглупый. Не пью уже давно (сравнительно). Вот уже 8 месяцев я веду полностью трезвый образ жизни. Чего и всем желаю.
4) Делаешь ли зарядку по утрам? Может быть, бегаешь?
- Нет, не делаю.
Ну и на последок, сам отвечу на эти вопросы:
1) Занимаешься ли ты каким-то спортом регулярно, как долго? Если нет, то почему? И хотел ли бы чем-то заняться?
- Тягаю железо дома, отжимаюсь, хожу «повисеть» на турниках. Раньше занимался смешенным стилем боёв (в США это называют Миксфайт, у нас – бои без правил) и ходил в тренажорку, но к сожалению перестал. Сейчас можно много придумать отмазок и говорить, что это связанно с отсутствием зала у тренера – но всё это будет не правдой. Хоть и через пару месяцев, но зал был найден – а я ходить так и не начал. Надеюсь, что всё-таки как-нибудь соберусь и продолжу заниматься (тренироваться дома на стенах уже надоедает). Также летом играю в баскетбол, этой игре отдал уже больше 6 сезонов.
2) Куришь?
- Да, как и большинсво курильщиков планирую бросить. Кстати, с Алтайским блогером разговорились на эту тему – он бросил с помощью Аллен Карра. Надо будет прочитать
3) Вопрос, наверно, глупый, но тем не менее – выпиваешь? Как часто?
- Сейчас очень редко. И то, один-два бокала и всё.
4) Делаешь ли зарядку по утрам? Может быть, бегаешь?
- Скорее небольшую разминочку и иду покурить ;(

Все мы, блогеры, занимаемся спортом. И это есть очень правильно. Иначе, сидя постоянно за компьютером можно зачахнуть.
Я, например, бегаю, подтягиваюсь на турниках, гантели неделю назад купил (10 кг класс, хромированные).

А я занимаюсь пауэрлифтингом. 4 тренировки в неделю. Еще немного осталось до КМСа
Очень интересно почитать. Почти все блогеры таскают железо, что в принципе и правильно. Не водку же пить и огурцами закусывать. Сам тоже занимаюсь, правда не так часто, как хотелось бы. До КМС по пауэрлифтингу еще, наверное, с год.
Iceman, какая у тебя весовая категория?
Iceman, BackSpark, никогда не интересовался, а для КМС что нужно? И как его получают? Ну если например сам занимаешься или в простеньком тренажерном зале - то его никак не получить? (в смысле не то, на сколько это реально, а возможно ли это чисто теоретически? просто я даже представления не имею - где и как дают КМС и МС)

Я непрофессионально занимаюсь бодибилдингом, периодически начинаю бегать, отрицательно отношусь к курению!
Считаю, что каждый, чья работа сидячая и связана с компьютерами, просто обязан перед собственным организмом выделять хотя бы час в день на спорт. Как минимум, на активную часовую прогулку, и то вперед!
Написал тоже недавно у себя в блоге по этой теме.
Считаю что физическая активность просто необходима!

Было бы супер, если бы присутствовали фотки блогеров, у которых брали интервью. Я конечно не то чтобы недоверчив но и сам могу расказать как я в прошлом году выиграл 6 медалей, и пробежал 100 метровку за пол секунды )).
Хороший опрос. Регулярный спорт - это не показатель физический кондиций, а состояния характера. Насколько человек может заставить себя работать. Можешь заставить себя качать железо 2 года - человек умеет работать и по жизни. А не выходит .. разгильдяйство лечится долго и болезнено..
