Coworking: работа 2.0
Небольшая справка:
Coworking — это модель работы, получившая распространение на западе. Вместо того, чтобы работать дома, что для большинства людей довольно неэффективно, фрилансеры объединяются и снимают общее помещение, оставаясь независимыми и свободными, но не испытывая при этом недостатка в общении, работая вместе, делясь идеями и помогая друг другу.

Последнее время стала очень осуждаема тема коворкинга. Я уже давно задумывался на эту тему, делал кое-какие попытки в этом плане, но ничего толкового так и не вышло – скорее всего причиной того стала слишком большая загруженность.
Вообще идея совместной аренды офиса и работы нескольких фрилансеров «бок о бок» довольно привлекательна. Для меня это прежде всего:
- отсутствие домашней «нерабочей» обстановки (включая двухместную кровать, телевизор и холодильник);
- возможность взаимопомощи и партнёрства с «соседями» по офису;
- меньшая себестоимость аренды (включая интернет, сигнализацию и т.п.);
- возможное место для переговоров с клиентами;
- и другие прелести офиса.
Единственно, в чём может быть загвоздка – это человеческий фактор. Здесь довольно-таки много аспектов, на которое стоит обратить внимание при выборе людей для совместной работы.
Для начала я бы обратил внимание на характеры людей и их совместимость с моим характером. Знаете, бывают такие ситуации, когда ну хоть что сделай – всё равно человек для тебя с другой планеты. А лишние недопонимания, конфронтации, хоть и не в коллективе, но всё же в одном помещении ни к чему.
Также важно понять цели фрилансера и его «натуру». Либо этот человек хочет долгосрочной продуктивной работы, либо он хочет просто поиграться в игрушки и через месяц уйти из вашего «кооператива» - а это уже лишние затраты и другие возможные проблемы.
Впрочем, подобные проблемы вполне возможно минимализировать за счёт грамотного подхода к подбору людей для коворкинга.
Как оказалось, у нас в Екатеринбурге кое-кто тоже пытается собрать людей. Думаю пообщаться с ними – мало ли, может тоже приму участие. Посмотрим, что из этого выйдет.

К совместной работе отношусь отрицательно - у каждого свои биоритмы и когда у одного попрёт работа, другой вполне возможно захочет расслабиться, зайдет на баш и начнет ржать на весь офис.
Второе - мне интересно сколько должен получать фрилансер и сколько их должно быть, чтобы снять офис в Москве? К тому же могут возникнуть проблемы с оформлением - кто-то не захочет предоставлять помещение физ. лицу, кого-то устроит только расчет по безналу с всеми прилагающимися бумажками, а это уже отчетность, а отчетность - это налоги. Вобщем я вижу минусов явно больше, чем возможных плюсов.
З.Ы. Слово “коворкинг” не является устоявшимся в руском языке и думаю никогда не приживется. Имхо, лучше использовать английский вариант написания или писать “совместная работа”

Другое дело оправданы ли такие траты? Думаю, что нет, а вот если вместе снимать - то вполне небольшие затраты получаются.
“помещение физ. лицу” и “по безналу” - это деже не загвостка (не говоря, о проблеме).
“а отчетность - это налоги” - вообще-то это налоги “в минус”. Тоесть если вы, к примеру, договоритесь со знакомым бизнесменом, что оплата будет проходить через его юр. лицо - для него официально это лишние расходы, следовательно месячный доход меньше и меньше с него налог.

Мне бы лично было интересно было поработать в таком офисе, но не рядовым фрилансером, а координатором, человеком отвечающим за работоспособность такого офиса, в силу того, что я учусь на менеджера
Жаль у нас в городе ещё нет предпосылок к организации таких “коорперативов”, посмотрим может к тому времени когда доучусь… Хотя думаю через 2,5 года могут появиться ещё другие интересные формы командной работы. Или я переберусь в более крупный и развитый город, а там уж видно будет.
Мне кажется вы немного привратно понимаете этот простое понятие.
Совместная аренда офиса главное предпологает - НЕЗАВИСИМОСТЬ - работающих.
Можно снять офис в 30 кв.метров - поделить его стильными перегородками с рабочим местом (каждый может сам выбрать себе стиль стола, или договориться об единообразии офисного стиля )и обустроить отдельную общюю переговорную, для встречь с клиентами, купить кофеварку, кулер.
И просто работать - приходить когда захочется, уходить когда нужно, хоть спать в офисе - если работа прёт - для этого поставить диванчик…..
Можно также учередить юр лицо, общее - типа командитного товарицества, или товарищества на вере, и проводить счета через него.
Конечно это все возможно в случае хорошей сплоченности людей, но в Москве возможен я думаю и вариант начать это с комманды в 3 - 4 человека, и потом глядиш ктото еще подтянется…
мне тоже кажется что подобное сотрудничество возможно - но наверное при условии что Коллеги по Цеху не являются прямыми конкурентами…
Наверное лучшее сотрудничество - это - Дизайнер + SEO-шник + проф блогер + php програмист + копрайтер … и тд..
Тогда и работа слаженнее и трений меньше + взаимовыгода - а там и до студии недолеко…

Некоторое время работал в нечто подобном — в начале это была пара фрилансеров которым просто неудобно было работать дома и они сняли офис, к тому времени когда я туда пришел это уже была небольшая фирма со своими заказами и клиентами, но при этом тебе совершенно не возбранялось заниматься чем-то левым, своим.
это всё лень, лень человеческая)
причем такая лень, себе в убыток

Да, такую схему знаю, одна контора, в которой работал, так и делала. Однако не у каждого есть знакомый бизнесмен. Искать и договариваться с таким - это лишние хлопоты. Хотя может просто я слишком ленив.
“З.Ы.” - это “фишка” такая, а с запятыми я действительно пару раз промахнулся. Но слово “коворкинг” режет слух, по крайней мере мне.

общекомандная работа имеет свои плюсы и минусы, но если нужна работа, то некоторые минусы нужно не обращать внимание. Директор и начальник могут быть разные
“Директор и начальник могут быть разные” - не сразу понял эту фразу.
Вы имеете ввиду, что в случае найма в штат может не повезти с начальником?
Если я вас правильно понял, то хочется сказать, что я не думаю, что в случае коворкинга стоит альтернатива “штата”. В данном случае скорее два варианта: обычный фриланс дома и фриланс в офисе.
А вообще верно - начальники они разные бывают, бывают и “по-проблемнее” аренды собственного офиса

Удобный вариант, главное чтобы люди характерами сошлись
Отличная идея я думаю. В любом случае люди работающие дома немного замкнуты и закрыты от общения в большинстве своём. А эта форма работы просто изумительна, ощущение коллектива при независимости от него, ты осознаёшь все прелести и невзгоды в работе коллектива и получаешь общение с теми кто такой же как ты.

Да ребята тут однозначного мнения быть не может.
Я думаю тут все зависит от того кто и как пришел во фриланс, и что от этого хотел получить. Если кто-то не мог устроится и занялся фрилансом от отчаяния и безисходности, то этот человек будет искать объединения, а если человек пришел к этому осознанно и прежде всего преследовал цель быть свободным и не от кого не зависеть, то такого ни в какой офис не затащишь.
У нас в Минске вот тоже организовывается первая встреча по coworking центру. Правда цена пока пугает не только опытных вебмастеров, но и вообще вебмастеров в целом - 150 долларов. Но думаю, что все движется в верном направлении.
