“Никакой руководитель” Касперский.
Сегодня совершенно случайно в руки попался “Бизнес журнал” №14, на обложке которого был всем известный “ликвидатор” Евгений Касперский. Ни разу ещё не приходилось читать его интервью, но прочитанным остался очень доволен. Много практики, воспоминаний, да и вообще интервью какое-то живое получилось, поэтому советую почитать (хотя на бумаге всёже приятней).
Одна из наиболее понравившихся цитат:
Да и вообще я не люблю руководить. Я не руководитель. Я — «крыша». Зато в компании все построено так, что я могу на три недели уехать в командировку — и все будет нормально. Вот смотри, пока мы тут сидим (сидели часа два, не меньше — Прим. Ред.), мне позвонили всего один раз. И это была жена».
Согласен с Касперским. Быть руководителем не так клево. Гораздо круче быть владельцем и иметь человека, который бы и руководил компанией. Чтобы спокойно на 3 недели уехать на море.
Да, только по началу придётся быть и руководителем и работягой… Хотя, если найти на улице чемоданчик с зелёными бумажками
Редакция забыла поставить примечание о том, что жена как раз и есть руководитель компании, в смысле он занимается творческим процессом, а коммерческая часть на жене. Так что может найти мудрую жену перспективнее, чем чемодан с бумажками?! ;)))
Amigo, а может она звонила не по коммерческим делам, а потому что Касперский чайник забыл дома выключить?
