Социальный хостинг сайтов.
Предыстория:
Эта идея мне пришла около полугода тому назад, когда я ещё являлся совладельцем своей первой компании. А в серьёз её реализовать я собирался только после того, как вышел из бизнеса и «отошёл» от всех этих перемен.
Идея была оформлена в первый в моей жизни бизнес-план (изначально он как таковой мало был похож на бизнес-план) и начался поиск инвестора. Как раз в этот период мне на глаза попалась статья в TelNews.ru, название которой я, к глубокому сожалению, не помню. В конце статьи были приведены слова Виктора Лавренко из компании Mail.Ru, что-то вроде: «У вас есть идеи? Тогда мы идём вам».
Буквально через несколько часов мы уже общались с Виктором и обсуждали идею. Ему, как я понял, идея понравилась, и он дал мне контакт Лёши Павлова, который ответственен за инвестирование стартапов от Мэйл`а. С ним у нас началась бурная переписка. результатом которой стало то, что Лёша тоже был идеей доволен и мной был доведён до ума бизнес-план, составленный ранее. После прочтения моего БП последовали маленькие уточняющие вопросы, и, как мне казалось, дело уже шло к началу работ.
Но тут у меня как будто ступор случился, я понял, что я опять буду «владельцем» не своего дела, так как естественно предполагалось, что большая (80%) часть проекта будет принадлежать Mail.ru. Потом я ещё раз посмотрел на сумму инвестиций и оценил ответственность, которая на меня ляжет – понял, что не моё, не осилю. И просто прекратил переговоры (пните меня), за что хочу как у Лёщи, так и у Виктора попросить прощения!
Что-то я совсем отошёл от темы 
Итак, сама идея (читаем, не ленимся):
В основе самого проекта лежит услуга хостинга. Оригинальность идеи заключается в том, что он (хостинг) будет выполнен в соответствии с критериями любого проекта в духе так называемого web 2.0.
Клиент не просто, как это происходит абсолютно у всех хостинг-проваейдеров на данный момент, получает дисковое пространство и домен для своего сайта, а он становится частью сообщества таких же клиентов (веб-мастеров), как и он сам.
Он участвует в дискуссиях, может получить любую помощь, любой совет (к примеру по панели управления) от других клиентов, он может сам давать советы, может вести беседы и личную переписку благодаря внутренней почте.
Также он участвует в развитии самого хостинга, может предлагать и выставлять на обсуждение остальных клиентов какие-то идеи по развитию хостинга и если эти идеи одобряются большинством клиентов, они реализуются в жизнь (к примеру, создание нового тарифа или какого-то нового доп. сервиса).
Также сообщество будет иметь определённый внутренний бюджет, который оно (сообщество, в лице мнения большинства) сможет тратить. К примеру, один пользователь предложил бесплатно разместить официальный сайт детского дома, если эту идею поддерживает большинство, то необходимые средства вычитаются из внутреннего месячного бюджета и мы предоставляем этому детскому дому место для их сайта.
Это сообщество будет ещё являться и площадкой для общения по поводу развития своих проектов их продвижения. Будет составлен рейтинг клиентских сайтов, который будет варьироваться в соответствии с мнением самих клиентов – участников сообщества.
У каждого пользователя будет уровень авторитетности (аналог «кармы» на Хабре), также будет внутренний аккаунт на котором будет размещена информация о нём. Клиент сможет составлять список своих друзей. Своим друзьям можно будет не только помогать советами и т.п., но и деньгами, благодаря внутренним деньгам, которые они смогут перечислять друг-другу, давать в кредит, для оплаты хостинга или (возможно) размещения рекламы своего сайта на странице общения сообщества (как это на ньюс2.ру).
Вторая оригинальность идеи заключается в том, что у хостинга будет символ – персонаж (к примеру, животное на подобе хомячка, живущее в дата-центре), про которого регулярно будут выходить серии юмористических, социальных и т.п. мультиков, типа Масяни (пример персонажа есть. Имя персонажа будет совпадать с название хостинга, то есть он будет олицетворять его во всех смыслах.
Конкурентные преимущества:
Основным конкурентным преимуществом будет являться то, что любой клиент сможет получить необходимый ему совет по пользованию хостингом, по продвижению и раскрутке своего сайта в любое удобное для него время. Клиент, благодаря внутренней социальной сети сможет находить партнёров и своих же клиентов; он станет частью сообщества.
Также к преимуществам стоит отнести человеческий облик сотрудников самого хостинга, все сотрудники сами будут участвовать в общении в соц. сети. Также любую нашу оплошность, недочёт клиент сможет выставлять на показ перед всеми клиентами, что будет заставлять нас избегать этого.
Сплочение клиентов в единое сообщество также обеспечит мультик про, символизирующего сам хостинг, персонажа, который будет обсуждаться передаваться с компьютера
Офигенная идея, вот и всё, что я хочу тебе сказать!
Попутно представил ситуации, как сообщество будет зазывать в свой состав матёрых standalone веб-мастеров и как будет радоваться, когда они будут вступать в их число
Ещё можно добавить налёт элитности, добавив инвайты - хоть штука и достаточно попсовая, но создаёт определённый ажиотаж.
Разумеется, это касается standalone-проекта, не mail.ru.
Ещё большой плюс - это возможность сократить/не набирать всех сотрудников хостинга, которые занимаются ответами на вопросы клиентов.
Потому что в сообществе общаться может продажник или пиарщик и по вопросам “вот круто было бы на хостинге сделать так-то”, а издержки на обработку вопросов “а как мне сделать то-то в панели управления?” снимаются и перекладываются на сообщество.
Очень интересная идея. Меня давно интересовала покупка сообществом чего либо - сервака например и совместная его эксплуатация.

вообщем идея заслуживает права на жизнь. Только не пойму зачем ты публикуешь это? Либо с мэйлом реализовывать надо было, либо самому 
а так стибрит кто-нибудь.
Интересная идея. Зачем ее в массы? Надо было самому осуществлять, а так например я не сделаю потому что подумаю что все-равно ктото другой уже сделал, а другой не сделает, подумаю что я уже сделал =)
Уникальный Человек, потому что не было собственных средств для её реализации, а чужих денег я побоялся.
А сколько надо денег.При какой доле в бизнесе Ты бы был уверен что работаешь на себя. Сколько времени нужно на реализацию проекта.Кого из хостинг провайдеров Ты бы предпочел.Если на вопросы есть ответы и они нас с тобой устроят то можно сделать дело.с
