Топ-5 региональных порталов
Так как сам делаю региональный проект, о котором, наверняка, расскажу в одном из постов, меня заинтересовало то, как развиты региональные порталы на просторах нашей необъятной страны.
Открыв раздел «Города и регионы» в каталоге LiveInternet`a, отобрал проекты сделанные в регионах и ориентированные в основном на региональную аудиторию, составив вот такой вот ТОП-5 региональных порталов.
1) E1.RU (г. Екатеринбург, дата регистрации домена: 22.02.2000).
С приличным отрывом от остальных первое место занимает наш екатеринбуржский портал, чему я несказанно рад… Или не рад (?)… Портал действительно большой и действительно очень функциональный и полезный, не смотря на тот беспорядок блоков, да и структуры в целом. Стоит отметить тот факт, что, на мой взгляд, как минимум половина сделок по продаже б.у. автомобилей и недвижимости во всём городе осуществляется именно через e1.ru.
Среднесуточная посещаемость: около 160 000 человек в день. Бывают взлёты до 200 000 в день – не плохо для регионального портала, неправда ли?
Дизайн. Сложно назвать то, что там есть, дизайном. Но честно говоря, я уже как-то к этому привык и с трудом смогу представить его как-то по-другому. Кстати, в дизайне е1 есть небольшая особенность: раньше у него был другой дизайн (в ярко оранжевых оттенках), его сменили, но почему-то не во всех разделах сайта. Старый дизайн можем пронаблюдать, к примеру, в разделе «Продажа авто».
Реклама. Ей собственно завешано всё, что можно было завесить. И стоит она очень даже прилично. Самое дорогое место это баннер на главной странице справа, размером 240х400. Обойдётся он вам в 64 900 рублей в неделю или 227 150 рублей в месяц, при частоте показа 50%! Мне б такие деньги 
2) НГС (г. Новосибирск, дата регистрации домена: 05.11.1999).
НГС очень похож на наш Е1: те же сервисы, тот же бардак блоков на главной и та же популярность. Он почему-то даже показался мне более понятным и более функциональным. Хотя логотип, всё-таки, не мешает обновить .
Среднесуточная посещаемость: около 120 000 человек в день.
Дизайн. Скажу честно, мне нравиться больше чем у е1, но вот логотип совсем не даёт покоя, так и хочется его поменять. Стоит отметить, что все основные разделы расположены на поддоменах и имеют индивидуальный дизайн и структуру – по сути, как отдельные сайты. К примеру, раздел «Недвижимость».
Реклама. По завешенности баннерами НГС ничуть не уступает. Самый дорогой баннер – это растяжка вверху экрана. При ротации 100% она вам обойдётся в 66 000 рублей в неделю и 198 000 рублей в месяц, при ротации в 50%: 33 000 рублей в неделю и 99 000 рублей в месяц. Что в два раза меньше чем у Е1.
3) FarPost (Дальний Восток, дата регистрации домена: 05.04.1999)
На моё удивление, третье место занимает проект ориентированный на Дальний Восток (Копернику привет!). Основными разделами являются: доска объявлений и каталог сайтов – да и всё по большому счёту. Кстати, также был удивлён, когда узнал, что сайт drom.ru имеет непосредственное отношение к Дальнему Востоку и в частности к компании, которая является владельцем FarPost и нескольких других проектов.
Среднесуточная посещаемость: около 70 000 человек в день.
Дизайн. На мой взгляд наиболее понятный и приятный дизайн среди первой тройки. Ничего не мельтешит, глаза не разбегаются, сразу понятно где что лежит.
Реклама. В сравнении с двумя предыдущими на FarPost`е её просто нет! А стоит она копейки. Самый дорогой баннер, размером 550×150 обойдётся «всего» в 15 000 рублей за неделю размещения.
4) Sibnet (Сибирь, дата регистрации домена: 04.11.1996)
Первое впечатление – варезник или развлекательный сайт - толи структура сайта, толи оформление делает своё дело. В основном блоке находятся новости, причём большая часть нерегиональные, хотя сайт ориентирован на Сибирь. Сервисы в основном все те же, что и у НГС и у Е1.
Среднесуточная посещаемость: около 45 000 человек в день.
Дизайн. Как я уже сказал, чем-то напоминает варезник. Не очень приятно было увидеть иконочки в стиле конец 2002го. У разделов также как и у НГС собственное оформление, в качестве примера можете посмотреть раздел «Авто» или «Новости». Но и они особым дизайном не отличились.
Реклама. Тут Sibnet превзошёл и Е1 и НГС – плавающий баннер для такого крупного проекта… мягко говоря сомнительное решение. Со стоимостью я, честно говоря запутался. Здесь указано, что стоимость размещения «растяжки» равна 20 000 рублей и в тоже время цена CPM пакета: 20 рублей за 1000 показов. А за что тогда собственно 20 тыс. рублей?
5) Электронный город (Новосибирск, дата регистрации домена: 21.12.1999)
Второй представитель славного города Новосибирска. В отличии от НГС, у Электронного города основной упор идёт на «развлечения»: игры, фильмы, блоги, форумы. Не смотря на то, что посещаемость в разы меньше, чем у НГС впечатление складывается абсолютно противоположное. Скорее всего, это из-за большей активности аудитории.
Среднесуточная посещаемость: около 35 000 человек в день.
Дизайн. Современный, очень удобный и понятный, хотя шрифт логотипа, кажется мне знакомым . Очень порадовало расположение блоков на главной – всё необходимое доступно и заметно при первом же пролистывании.
Реклама. Её как и на большинстве других проектов достаточно, но в случае Электронного города, она почему-то не режет глаз и не сильно отвлекает. Самый дорогой баннер – растяжка на всех страницах сайта, кроме главной, её стоимость: 39 000 за неделю и 118 000 за месяц размещения. Такая же растяжка на главной странице будет стоить 29 000 в неделю и 90 000 за месяц.
Вот такой вот получился ТОП-5 региональных порталов. Вообще, до недавнего времени практически во всех регионах наблюдалась явная монополия двух, а чаще одного портала, который был первопроходцем в этой нише. Но уже сейчас начинают появляться конкуренты, которые заставляют «мастодонтов» немного понервничать. Это можно наблюдать и на примере Новосибирска, где, как я понимаю, Электронный город начал развиваться позже НГС, не смотря на регистрацию домена, и на примере нашего города, где буквально год-два назад появился многообещающий портал 66.ru, который сейчас очень активно развивается и рекламой которого завешано «полгорода».Так что конкурировать с монополистами можно и даже нужно :).
P.S. Просматривая популярные региональные проекты наткнулся на этот сайт, его средняя посещаемость ~ 20 000 посетителей в день. Откуда? И почему до сих пор не появилось конкурента?
Интересно написано. Особо радует наличие медиа информации.
Сибнету всего 2 года, с дизайном есть проблемы, но есть и решения. скоро поменяется. Посещаемость на данный момент 65 000 уников в сутки. Отличие от Li.ru в 10 тыс, в силу построение сети Сибирьтелекома в Алтайском крае.
Всплывающие окна настраиваются так, что они не раздражают посетителя (1 раз - 1 уникалу).

А на счёт нового дизайна - это радует. Будем ждать
