Мои проекты
Не смотря на то, что немногим могу сейчас похвастаться, решил сделать на блоге нужную, на мой взгляд, страничку под названием “Мои проекты”. Это и мне лишний раз будет напоминать о них, и вам, мои дорогие читатели, будут давать небольшое представление о какой-то части моей деятельности.
Крупных проектов, как таковых, сейчас нет по двум причинам: часть продана, часть находится в стагнации, и не понятно, когда они из неё выкарабкается.
1) Екавуз - социальная сеть студентов Екатеринбурга
Идея проекта появилась летом 2008 года, как раз когда был бум социальных сетей, в основе которых лежит контент. Был найден подходящий движок, программист, дизайнер и работа закипела.
С деньгами тогда не было никаких проблем, поэтому всё планировалось сделать быстро и очень масштабно. В частности, в планах было нанять одного - двух штатных авторов, которые бы отслеживали все актуальные и интересные для студентов новости и публиковали бы их, как обычные пользователи. Также планировалась масштабная рекламная кампания, в которую бы входили: покупка рекламных площадок на популярных сайтах нашего города, продвижение по всем названия ВУЗов, реклама Вконтакте и расклейка плакатов в 4-5 основных ВУЗах города.
Но вдруг начались проблемы: сначала с программингом, часть которых, кстати, до сих пор не решена, а потом и с финансами.
Так проект прожил целый год почти без каких-либо изменений. Но сейчас я снова стал уделять ему немного времени, и, надеюсь, из этого что-то получиться.
Кстати, если у кого-то есть какие-то финансово незатратные идеи по развитию, может быть какие-то предложения – я буду рад выслушать.
Проект был следствием некого тренда на тематические блоги, который в то время начинал Арнольд Кочари, чьи блоги сейчас оформлены в сеть advant. Автора также порекомендовал Арнольд, за что ему большое спасибо.
Проект, хорошо стартовал и быстро обогнал мой личный блог и по количеству подписчиков, и по посещаемости и по «пузомеркам». Но через некоторое время возникли некоторые разногласия с контент-менеджером Стамески, и также, как и у Екавуза, начались финансовые трудности и урезание бюджетов. Было это осенью 2008 года (все помнят, что тогда начиналось? 
).
С автором, в руках которого было всё наполнение сайта, мы, к сожалению разошлись. И Стамеска ушла в свободное плавание, в котором находиться до сих пор. Подписчики за это время разбежались, «пузомерки» рухнули вниз, а вот посещаемость стала даже чуточку больше.
Кстати, так и не раскрыл тайну: откуда у сайта такое название Всё очень просто… Кто угадает – ссылка на ваш блог в следующем посту :).
Подытожит хотел бы также как и Екавуза, если есть какие-то идеи, предложения по проекту – welcome!
3) Женский интернет журнал Janyca.ru
Этот проект мы делаем с моей, любимой. Ну как «мы», делает его она, причём делает не имея никакого предварительного опыта в создании интернет-проектов, что, на мой взгляд, не может не вызывать уважения. Я в этом проекте лишь зарегистрировал домен, установил WordPress, подготовил дизайн и помогаю советами – всё наполнение и развитие проекта находится на её плечах.
Проект ещё совсем молодой и развивается с минимальными финансовыми вложениями. Тем не менее, я уверен – он не просто окупит себя, но и будет приносить небольшую прибыль уже через полгода, если у моей принцессы не пропадёт интерес к нему. Чего, я надеюсь, не произойдёт.
4) Plugin-ff.com - плагины для Firefox
Этот сайт был создан в буквальном смысле за пару дней после прочтения какого-то поста на Хабре о дополнениях для FireFox. Как ни странно, проект имеет неплохую для него посещаемость – 100-150 человек в день и находится в ТОП3 по запросу «плагины для Firefox» и нескольким другим, учитывая то, что он вообще никак не продвигался, не считая небольшой внутренней оптимизации.
Что делать с этим проектом, я не знаю. Два года висит без каких-либо изменений и даже без сапы. Если кому-то нужен проект под туже сапу или контекст – пишите, договоримся.
5) XenonBurg.ru – ксенон в Екатеринбурге
Этот проект сделан для получения денег с офф-лайна, а именно с продажи ксенона для автомобилей. Появился выход на дистрибьютора в Екатеринбурге и я подумал, а почему бы ни брать у них по оптовым ценам и продавать по среднерыночным? Сделал сайт, немножечко продвинул (сейчас позиции доводятся до идеала) и начал потихонечку реализовывать ксенон .
Установкой, которая оплачивается отдельно, занимается мой знакомый – так что моя работа заключается только в том, чтобы принять заказ, заказать у оптовиков комплект ксенона и передать клиента знакомому на установку, а потом удостовериться, что клиент остался доволен и получить свои кровно заработанные.
Кстати, если кому-то из других регионов нужен ксенон оптом – обращайтесь ;).
Ну и наконец, самый дорогой проект, в который вложена уже далеко не одна сотня тысяч рублей – это моя машина. Проект, как вы сами понимаете, для души. И для меня это больше, чем просто автомобиль :). О моей красавице вы можете прочитать на Drive2.ru. К сожалению, сейчас она стоит в гараже со сломанной коробкой (стоимость новой – 160 000 рублей).
Ну вот вроде бы и все проекты. Конечно, есть ещё несколько сателлитов, но их показывать нет никакого смысла – ничем не выделяются из обычных ГС.
С сожалением нужно отметить, что сейчас эти проекты приносят очень немного, суммы в десятки раз меньшие, чем доходы со сторонних заказов на продвижение сайтов и интернет-рекламу. Но, я продолжаю надеяться, что когда-то эта ситуация кардинально измениться.
О проектах, которые были проданы, говорить не стану – это пройденные этапы. Хотя там и были проекты, каждый из которых стоил всех этих вместе взятых, но это было уже слишком давно…

Ого, сумма очень большая, поэтому даже не знаю, кого можно посоветовать. Было бы 2,5 миллиона рублей - тогда бы смог кого-то порекомендовать.
Вообще, http://roiber.ru/ - хорошая команда и они всегда рады выслушать различные идеи. Плюс попробуйте выйти на людей из mail.ru, которые отвечают за инвестирование проектов - там тоже адекватные люди.
поставь фильтр на стамеске на продающиеся ссылки, а то на главной висят совсем нелицеприятные - мне-то все равно, а кого-то может оттолкнуть.
Креативно приступаете к делу! Мне нравится идея по поводу обзора блогов - вижу, один уже есть, сейчас буду смотреть!
