Уверен, у каждого из нас наступает это состояние, и каждый из нас переживает его по-своему. К своему удивлению два дня забвения я провёл вовсе не бесполезно и не тоскливо.
С чего вдруг она, депрессия, началась я даже и не помню 
(погода может?). Но началось всё как обычно, в голове бардак, я – неудачник и т.п. Полчаса под штангой и холодный душ не дали должного эффекта, и я решил просто посидеть и подумать над текущим положением дел.
Вспомнил все обещания данные самому себе месяцами ранее (что думал и что ставил перед собой аж год назад вспомнил), проанализировал что получилось и не получилось, почему это не получилось. И, вы знаете, сделал очень много хороших и полезных выводов для себя (что многое откладываю «на завтра», много ленюсь, много трачу времени на непродуктивные вещи – телевизору и посиделкам в забегаловках привет).
В итоге, сделал чёткие установки в своей голове, понял: что и как нужно менять. И два дня безработицы и леньтяйсва прошли недаром. Так что всем быстро в депрессию! Шучу, шучу. но если всё же это чувство вас настигнет – используйте его с пользой! (как никогда понял поговорку: «Что ни случается – всё к лучшему».
P.S. А как у вас проходит это состояние?
P.P.S. Пост про г-на Shellera и SMO откладывается на неопределённое время, зато на днях кину идею в духе Web 2.0 связанную с хостнгом и покажу нескольким хостинг-компаниям из ТОП 10. посмотрим, как она им.

Кстати, это действительно верный подход.
У меня примерно также, когда в начале года начался полный бардак в компании, снижение прибылей, жалобы клиентов на работу сотрудников итп итд - я сначала переживал и пытался всё выправить, потом посидел пару дней дома с мрачным настроением а-ля “всё продать на фиг” и в процессе расстраивания как раз решил, что не конструктивно расстраиваться и сидеть угрюмым просто наблюдая и констатируя как всё ухудшается, а надо проанализировать откуда всё пошло не так и действовать.
В итоге уволил половину сотрудников, в корне реформировал саму структуру, начал энергичнее заниматься рутиной и - ура!
Так что если депрессия, вызванная конкретными событиями, приводит к переосмыслению причин возникновения этих самых событий, то это хорошо

Сам не могу понять, как это произошло… И передвинуть-то не могу ;(
Кирилл, по опыту, в твоем возрасте писец сколько депрессий еще будет. Главное помнить, что жизнь продолжается, а твои проблемы настолько малы в глобальном плане.
Я знаю, поэтому и ищу (уже нашёл) переносить их (депрессии) с пользой для самого себя, а не бежать напиваться при первом упадке настроения.

Мне очень помогает выходить из депрессии любимая позитивная музыка и общение с успешными людьми, вот это меня вдохновляет…, а ещё я вспоминаю о своих целях, планах, которые нужно реализовать и просто действую с большим энтузиазмом!!!!
